Shari Gribbin leads the CNK advisory services, offering a broad range of risk, program and regulatory solutions. With more than two decades of experience as a business leader and attorney, her day-to-day practice focuses on helping clients address their cyber and supply chain security risks as they increasingly intersect with operations, business, regulatory and policy interests within and outside of industry

Shari brings expertise and technical depth within several focus areas having more than 22 years of experience leading solutions in regulatory, security, risk and operations. In addition to two decades in Fortune 100 and Big 4 Consulting, within the power and utility sector she has extensive cross-functional expertise having worked her entire career across generation, transmission and distribution as well as wholesale power marketing and retail energy organizations

Prior to assuming the leadership role for CNK Solutions, Shari spent five years at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in the Advisory division leading solutions for clients in both Cyber Risk and Regulatory-Compliance Services. Shari joined Deloitte after 15 years at Exelon Corporation working across all business units. She served for many years in a dual role as both an enterprise compliance business leader and head counsel for all FERC/NERC regulatory, enforcement and compliance program matters as well as cyber and physical security across all business units

Shari served as an industry representative for several years on various regulatory and interagency compliance and cyber security standards coordination initiatives, including a cross-agency industry collaborative initiated responsive to President Obama’s 2013 Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Executive Order. She is also a co-founder and former chair of the National Energy Compliance Forum
